Princess Cruises 2021/22 Australia, New Zealand & South Pacific deployment

Remember that famous Forest Gump saying “Life is like a box of chocolates”, well we always feel that way with new season deployments. Here is a quick summary of the new Princess 2021/22 deployment on sale for Elite members 15 September and on general sale 16 September.

Princess Cruises are deploying a flotilla of five ships for the 2021-22 Australia and New Zealand season, one of its biggest ever deployments in the region.

Inaugural seasons down under for Coral Princess and Royal Princess, plus return visits for Emerald Princess, Sapphire Princess and Pacific Princess. The five ships will offer cruises ranging from 2 to 36 days in duration.

During their time down under the five ships will cruise to 82 destinations in 19 countries on 59 Sure to be popular itineraries.

Royal Princess

Local cruise enthusiasts will have the option of joining cruises in Auckland, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide. Destinations include all the local favourite spots in the South Pacific; Fiji, Papua New Guinea, New Caledonia and Vanuatu, with cruises operating between October 2021 and April 2022.

Longer cruises itineraries include repositioning voyages to or from the region and Asia or North America.

This is a fantastic chance for Princess past passengers who enjoy the style and flavour of Princess cruising to try out a different Princess ship.

Coral Princess

Princess Cruises will also offer a 107-day world cruise from Auckland for the first time onboard the 2,000 passenger Coral Princess in May 2022.

World cruise destinations include the Mediterranean, Norway, Iceland, Arctic Circle, a transit of the Panama Canal and access to more than 20 UNESCO World Heritage sites are included as part of the 34,000 nautical-mile journey.

Maiden world cruise calls are planned for Falmouth in Cornwall, Sibenik in Croatia, Olden in Norway and Isafjordur in Iceland. The full global circumnavigation includes 43 destinations in 27 countries on six continents.
