— A full refund for cancellations that occur prior to final payment due date
— A Future Cruise Credit for cancellations that occur after final payment due date with a minimum of 14 days prior to departure

This means that if you decide that you do not wish to cruise with P&O for any reason and you let us know before the final payment due date, we will waive any cruise fare cancellation fees & refund the full cruise amount you have paid us within 60 business days. It’s as simple as that. No questions asked.
For bookings cancelled after the final payment due date, and at least 14 days prior to the departure date, a request may be submitted for a Future Cruise Credit to be issued in the amount of the cruise fare paid to us.
